New Student Conference Parking
New Student Conference attendees receive one parking permit (one permit equals one vehicle) included with student registration.
The most convenient NSC parking permit location to check-in is West Campus Garage.
Parking locations are listed on the permit and a map is available at NSC map.
To access your NSC Parking Permit:
- Visit
My Parking
- Use your NetID and Password to log in
- Select "My Permits"
- Select your permit under "My Active Permits"
Please note: During NSC registration, you are required to enter a license plate number to ensure you receive your NSC parking permit.
Texas A&M has transitioned to virtual parking permits, making your license plate your official parking permit.
If you will be renting a car or do not know the vehicle you will be using, you are still required to enter a license plate during registration to receive your assignment.
You may log into the NSC portal and change the license plate up to 2 days before your conference. After that, you may log into your account on transport.tamu.edu to change the license plate.

This permit is ideal for customers staying at the White Creek Apartments during the New Student Conference. Attendees can purchase a 3-day permit to Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage
for $30, by logging into
My Parking.
Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage is located near the Memorial Student Center and offers in-and-out access throughout the 3-day permit period.
Available for purchase May 1 for summer NSCs and December 3 for January NSCs.
